Danchak L. The investment providing of forming of housing fund in Ukraine

The object of the research is the process that concerns to the investment of forming of housing fund. The aim of the research refers to the development of theoretically-methodological and methodically- practical bases of investment providing of forming of housing fund in Ukraine. The author used such methods: theoretical generalization, grouping, dynamic, statistical, comparative analysis, computationally-analytical, graphical. The theoretical value of the results of dissertation work refers to the research of theoretical foundations of investment providing of forming of housing fund in Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time there is proposed the separation of the two key areas of public policy development that indicate the forming of housing fund in terms of investment-balanced manner, there is improved the classification of the factors that influence the investment providing of forming of housing fund, the method of the competitive evaluation by the authorized committee of potential developers, there is developed the classification of housing fund, the essence of the concept "investment providing of forming of housing fund". The subject of the research refers to theoretically-methodological and methodical bases of investment providing of forming of housing fund in Ukraine. Author's recommendations are used in sphere of the investment providing of forming of housing fund in Ukraine. The area for the author's recommendations implementation is concerned to state public authorities.
