The object of the research concerns to the process of formation of contractual relations in terms of machine-building enterprises investment activity. The study aims to proof the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations that regard to the formation of the contractual relations system in the process of machine-building enterprises investment activity. During the work over the thesis there were used such methods as: structural-logical and semantic analysis, comparative analysis, systematization, generalization, structural analysis, synthesis and comparison, expert evaluations, normative forecasting, graphic visualization. The theoretical value of the dissertation is constituted by the developed methodical bases system formation in the process of investment engineering companies. Scientific novelty of obtained results consists of the theoretical and methodological foundations development in the process of contractual relations system formation in terms of machine-building enterprises investment activity. The subject of research concerns to theoretical and methodological basis during the formation of contractual relations system in of machine-building enterprises investment activity. Recommendations of the author are used in the process of contractual relations system formation in terms of machine-building enterprises investment activity. The area for the authors recommendations implementation is concerned to machine-building enterprises.
