The dissertation is devoted to the justification of the theoretical and practical foundations for the elaboration of the mechanism of formation of an innovative tourism product cruise shipping companies. Revealed is the concept of innovative tourism products as defined innovative components that shape it. Change in the structure of supply and demand in the market of cruise tourism is analyzed. The main factors affecting the efficiency of the management of innovative tourism products the cruise shipping companies are investigated. An economic activity of cruise shipping companies of Ukraine and the stages of forming their cruise tourism product is analyzed. To assess the level of innovation of cruise shipping companies proposed a calculation of integral index, which form the resource-technological and efficiently-market options. Mechanism of formation of an innovative tourism product cruise shipping companies based determination of levels of innovation product innovation and choice of priorities is developed.
