Ruda L. Rural Areas in the Model of Agriculture

Purpose: to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations on the formation of the concept of rural areas development as a key element of modern model of the agrarian complex functioning. Object: the process of rural areas development as a key element of modern model of the agrarian complex functioning. Methods: analysis and synthesis, systemic-structural analysis, historical and economic analysis, comparison, economic-mathematical analysis and modeling, correlation and multivariate regression analysis, sociological and expert surveys. Theoretical results: the theoretical and methodological principles on the formation of the concept of rural areas development as a key element of modern model of the agrarian complex functioning. Practical results: the recommendations on the formation of the concept of rural areas development as a key element of modern model of the agrarian complex functioning are developed. Scientific novelty: the organizational and economic aspects of territorial management approach to rural development have been substantiated, in which the objects of regular influence are local economic regions, with own business activity center, with administrativeorientation to the rural communities, with corresponding system of information and analytical monitoring of the local economy state and social and cultural infrastructure.
