Essay

The work is devoted to study of prevalence, intensity, clinical course of dental caries as well as leading risk factors that might cause cariogenic situation and substantiation of complex treatment and preventive measures in 180 children from different climate-geografical areas. The investigation proved the efficiency of algorithm of clinical efficiency in treatment and prophylactic of dental caries in children by administration of probiotic "Bifiform", vitamin-bioelement complex "Vitrum Junior", herbal adaptogen "Esberitox" for general management and for the local administration we recommend amino-fluoride containing tooth pastes and a deep enamel fluoridation.
