Iakymchuk T. Management of Investment Strategy at the Dairy Industry Enterprises

The theoretical bases of management of the investment strategy at the enterprises are studied in the thesis, the basic concepts are determined. The factors that influenced the effectiveness of investments are identified based on analysis of the dairy industry companies’ activity, the main differences between investment policy and investment strategy are identified. The choice of functional strategies that are taken into account in the improvement of the approach to the formation and management of investment strategy are justified. The methodical approach to improving the management of the investment strategy through making the informed management decisions is developed. The approach of assessment of the enterprise's readiness to implement an investment strategy is based on a comparison of internal readiness and requirements of the environment. It allows identifying deficiencies that limit the choice of investment projects and taking remedial action in the economic activities of the enterprises.
