The dissertation is devoted to generalization of theoretical and methodical positions, development of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of quality management system forming on the enterprises of dairy industry production. The features of forming quality control system are considered in the context of life cycle theory. Offered approach to the design of life cycle of quality control system that represents the successive change of the evolutional stages of development: design, introduction, development, maturity and constancy. Methodical approach is offered in relation to the creation of subsystem of the state evaluation of forming and development of quality control system on the basis of perfection of forming investigated objects is certain and the stages are educed them evolutional development. In accordance with the got results, the system of measures is worked out in relation to the improvement of every investigated control system forming and providing its development by quality in a long-term prospect.
