Essay

The work presents the results of a complex comparative selection, genetic and biological evaluation of Ukrainian red-and-white and black-and-white dairy breeds during their genesis on the basic of economic useful features in conditions of Podillya of Ukraine. It was conducted the comparative assessment of growth and development, linear growth and external characteristics, milk production, reproductive ability and functional properties of the udder, biochemical parameters of blood, pulmonary gas exchange of two researched diary's of cows and it was studied meat qualities of animals.
