Essay

The thesis concerns the study of influence of hydrogen on the behavior of high-temperature creep cracks in metal structural elements under the power load. Based on the energy approach mathematical models determining residual life-time of structural elements with cracks at high temperature creep under action static, long-time static breaking in time, cyclical loads and environment containing hydrogen were created. The mathematical model for determination of the influence of hydrogen on creep-fatigue crack initiation period in plates with stress concentrators has been formulated. The mathematical model of the hydrogen cracks in the metal body was developed, on the basis of which the kinetics of crack propagation on the verge of melting of the base metal and protective coating in oil hydrocracking reactor was researched.
