The Object - conductive composite material with a ceramic matrix. Objective - development carbon-ceramic composite materials (CM) with electroconductive fillers in a wide range of dispersion and with quartz as the initiator of the percolation transition. Scientific novelty - designed percolation composite and with quartz as the initiator of the percolation transition and nanoscale carbon fillers that allowed us to obtain a composite with desired characteristics change in resistance when heated. Practical value - development thermoresistive composite for high-temperature to use as thermistors and temperature sensors. The degree of implementation - developed materials implemented in the PE "Company Enerhosnervis" as thermistors in control systems of solid fuel cauldron.
