The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical provisions and development of practical recommendations for evaluating of the costs management effectiveness for workers of oil and gas companies and formation of optimal estimate of such costs. The cost estimates for workers of the oil and gas departments of PJSC "Ukrnafta" is formed. According to proposed methodological approach the model of evaluating the effectiveness of costs management for workers is developed. The model of a decision support system to optimize the raising ways of the costs management effectiveness for workers of oil and gas companies is developed.
