The thesis is devoted to the synthesis of solid pigment "alloys" of a mixture antrahinon vat dyes and a mixture of its hinakrydon alkyl, development of surface modification technologies ester AMS for use in the manufacture of paints neflokuly tracks instead of the output range of toxic inorganic pigments. Synthesized pigment solid "alloys" in a cranked mixer a mixture of 4,4'- and 2,2'-diatsylamino-1,1'-diantrahinonyliv and a mixture of each of indantron, and a mixture of linear hinakrydon and one with its alkil in different ratios proposed methods of identifying a solid "alloys" technology of solid pigment synthesis "alloys" and the drainage of surface modification technology ester AMS. Identified and described coloristic, physico-chemical and consumer properties of the solid "alloys" in comparison with mechanical mixtures. Influence eter modifiers based resin, silicone, glycerine and pentaerytryt karboksyl olihoester) and its sodium salt, sodium salt quo complex of crown-ester, depending indicators defined coloristic and rheological properties (viscosity, yield strength, resistance to flocculation) model paint composition of the number etervmisnyh modifiers. Investigated dispersing and stabilizing properties estervmisnyh modifiers shown experimentally that the complex alkaline salt quo of crown-ester prevents flocculation of particles in the alkyd paint and varnish binders. Graduation solid form "alloys" and polycyclic pigments tested in a production environment for enterprises in paint and varnish production and manufacturing departments of colored polystyrene in the mass.
