A research object are management processes of enterprises financial state. A primary purpose is the development of scientifical methodical approaches, methods, mechanisms, instruments and practical suggestionsreading the improvement of normative analytical management of financial - economic activity of an enterprise. Research methods: multidimensional analysis; plural cross-correlation analysis; matrix method; methods of statistical classification and groupments; method of cluster analysis ; methods of descriptive statistics; balance method; methods of mathematical statistics. It is offered: conception of management mechanism of financial state of enterprises, oriented on controlling. It is improved: methods of differentiation estimation of mean values of financial coefficients on the whole economy with mean values on every type of economic; approaches to the construction of the system of financial coefficients normative values, based on the establishment of statistically of important differences; mechanism of establishment and maintenance of normative values of financial coefficients; management algorithm of financial state of enterprises due to the use of possible correlation method; Has got further development: basic aproaches of higher role of financial constituent and financial analysis in the control system of an enterprise due to the formulated requirements to the financial instruments; suggestions regarding the improvement of financial analysis method due to regarding aproaches to the forming of the system of indexes; using the method of distance multidimensional estimation.
