Zabolotnaya Y. Regularities of the bearing pressure formation in the vicinity of the system "Longwall - main haulage road of Western Donbass mines

Thesis is devoted to the establishment of the laws of the bearing pressure formation in the vicinity of the system "Longwall - main haulage road", which are the theoretical basis for the application of the pillarless protection of main mine workings. The complex of a research field consisted of instrumental observations and numerical modeling of geomechanical processes in the soil of developed coal seam in the initial the period of lava work. Field observations were carried out in several directions: experimental study of the disintegration zone in the marginal part of the seam; monitoring of mine workings in the area of high rock pressure; instrumental observations of the state of mine working at overworking. Regularities of bearing pressure formation in the seam soil at various stages of the working face advance are developed by numerical modeling. According to the results of numerical modeling and field observations a method of main mine workings protection from the extraction influence is provided. The expected economic effect of the introduction of this method for one longwall is 6.4 mln UAH.
