The subject matter is torsion with bending of composite reinforced concrete elements with external sheet and rigid reinforcement; the goal of the research is to study operation features of composite reinforced concrete beams, that work in torsion with bending, stress-strain behavior by theoretic-experimental way, taking into account their production stages and to give the suggestions on calculation of such elements with account of their reliability index changes; the novelty lies in obtaining new experimental data on operation features and stress-strain behavior of various types composite reinforced concrete beams, working in torsion with bending as well as improving the theoretic model of their deterministic and probability calculation; the research results prove to the possibility of using the obtained experimental data as well as the developed engineering method based on carrying capacity of composite reinforced concrete beams with external sheet and rigid reinforcement in engineering design practice and in the education process; the above-mentioned method can be used for designing efficient types of new beam elements, that work with torsion with bending; the theoretic experimental studies can be used in the education process in the course of lectures on composite reinforced concrete constructions, buildings and structures; the industrial branch concerned is building engineering.
