Object - operation and changes of the actual reliability index of exploited tube confined concrete constructions of buildings and structures; goal - the scientific clauses of evaluation of actual faultness rates of exploited tube confined concrete structures development subject to different types of tubular shells damage, methods - experimental, technical diagnosis, mechanics of rigid deformable body; mathematical modeling of stress-strain state, mathematical statistics and probability theory, simulation modeling; novelty - new experimental data were received, analytical models for assessment of stress-strain state of tube confined concrete elements were enhanced taking into account the influence of present defects and damages, new statistical data on parameterization of corrosion damage of steel tubular shell were received, models and methods of faultness estimation of exploited tube confined concrete structures were further developed; results - the most dangerous damage types of steel tubular shells and their rated values were determined, theoretical analysis of actual faultness rates of compressed tube confined concrete structures with local damage (weakening) of tubular shell was carried out, partial reliability indexes for technical state evaluation were determined, practical recommendations for strengthening, inspection and technical state evaluation of such type of structural elements were developed; the field is Civil Engineering
