Object - process and patterns of changes the fertility of typical chernozem and forming productivity of winter wheat in 4-fields crop rotation for different ways of tillage, fertilizer doses and the use of soy as predecessor. The purpose of the researches was establishment the effectiveness ways of tillage of typical chernozem under winter wheat for different levels of fertilization in Left-bank Forest-steppe while placing it after soy in short-term crop rotation. The methods - field research, laboratory research, quantitative-weighting, biochemical, comparative-calculation, mathematic-statistical. Discovered features of water and nutrient regime, defined the balance of nutrients, the content and the group composition of humus, phytotoxicity level of typical chernozem and established yield and quality of winter wheat grain depending on soil tillage and doses of fertilizers. Experimentally proved that application of technology of no-till increases the potential and effective fertility of typical chernozem by growing of winter wheat after predecessor soy. Basic results of research implemented in 2012-2013 in farms of Yagotynsky district of Kiev region on total area 120 ha. The sector of use - agricultural production.
