Poltoratska O. Management mechanism of a cost-effective use of resources on the primary metals establishment

Object: efficient resource management processes. Objective: to develop effective resource saving management mechanism on the primary metals establishments as a part of holding association. Methods: synthesis and analysis, historical and logistics approach methods, statistical, comparative and functional analysis methods, methods of system approach. Suggested: first: the mechanism of resource saving management on the primary metals establishment as a part of industrial association (holding) that allows to release internal resources through: optimization of warehousing, commodity stocks and supplies purchasing and implementation of production investment programs; an innovative organizational structure implementation (Coordinating Centre) to accomplish resource saving management mechanism with the urgent taking into account of services specialization and the functional subordination, enabling production resources savings, high-quality distribution of key management functions, reducing the risk of corruption component in the procurement and the company assets management control function strengthening; improved: terminology of enterprise economy: the categories of "industrial association resource saving", the concept of "resource consumption of industrial products", the system of internal resource saving at the ferrous metallurgical industry enterprises; have received further development: status and problems determining of global industrial enterprises resource support; theoretical and methodological approaches to the classification interpretation of the concept "resource saving"; generalization of Ukrainian metallurgical industry in accordance with technological structures; use of innovative fuels and energy audit of the metallurgical industry; determination of the global financial crisis destructive processes impact to the Ukrainian economy in general and in particular to the metallurgical industry.
