Essay

The thesis examines methodological-theoretical and applied approaches to the analysis and improvement of mechanisms for the prevention and combating of corruption. It also studies the essence of the concepts, as well as factors contributing to the occurrence of corruption, used in science to characterize this phenomenon. The thesis determines ways and means of improving countermeasure and prevention of corruption. The basic directions and tasks of fighting corruption shown in the work are suggested to be introduced as a system of State-legal.
