The content of notion "strategic managerial decision" is made. The classification of managerial decisions is built. Modern informational systems of making managerial decisions support are analyzed. Factor chart of forming the informational support of making managerial decisions is proposed. The problems in informational support of making strategic managerial decisions (ISMSMD) on domestic enterprises are found. The methodic of evaluating the position of ISMSMD on the enterprise basing on proposed evaluating cube model is built. The tuple of elements to form ISMSMD on the enterprise is proposed. The informational chart of monitoring the external environment of enterprise activity is made. The model of dynamical evaluating of position and activity of the enterprise based on defined preconditions is proposed. The approbation of proposed model is made.
