The dissertation substantiated scientific methodological principles and practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of cereal crops in agricultural enterprises. The essence and economic content of economic efficiency as facility management in agricultural enterprises is done. The criteria and systematized the main indicators reflecting the economic efficiency of grain cereal crops at different levels of governance and reveal ways to improve it. The influence of environmental factors on the functioning of agricultural enterprises change production efficiency of cereals in the region.
