The thesis is devoted to the analysis and ensure the stability of grain production. The concept of sustainability and provided recommendations for the economic sustainability of agricultural enterprises producing grain. Overview of existing methodological approaches to assessing the economic sustainability of grain production in agricultural enterprises and supplemented by the corresponding system performance is done. The complex of organizational and economic ways of increasing economic stability of grain production in agricultural enterprises to determine their strategies to adapt to changes in the environment of operation. Methodical toolkit assessment of grain production, based on the use of indicators (middle line and standard deviation, coefficient of variation and stability) and perfor-mance indicators of the company, taking into account sectoral and institutional features of operation and level of adaptation to environmental changes in the conditions of risk and uncertainty.
