In the thesis the analysis of theoretical problems of administrative-legal regulation of relations in the electricity sector. In particular, carried out historical and legal study of the formation and development of relations in the electricity sector, the peculiarities of the legal status of subjects of administrative-legal regulation of relations in the electricity sector, the legal base for the implementation of regulatory activities in the electricity sector. The research conducted administrative and tort relations in this sphere. Developed proposals and recommendations for improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine, taking into account foreign experience of legal regulation of relations in the electricity sector.
