Pantaliyenko T. Theoretical principles of the object of law of ecological safety

Dissertation is devoted the complex analysis of theoretical principles of the object of law of ecological safety. The general theoretic, specially legal and philosophical literature, legislation of Ukraine in the field of decision of the object of ecological safety is analyzed in the dissertation. Characteristic legal signs and concepts of the object of law of ecological safety are certain. Correlation of categories of "object of law of ecological safety", "object of law for ecological safety", "object of legal relationships in the field of providing of ecological safety", "object of ecological safety" are conducted. In the dissertation feature of legal mode of objects of law ecological safety are found out. In relation to the improvement of current ecological legislation of Ukraine are formulated suggestions.
