Oskirko A. Administrative responsibility for violations in the sphere of waste management

In the present thesis the administrative responsibility for violation in the sphere of waste management, formulation on this basis of theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations for the improvement of norm setting and law-enforcement practice in the field of waste management are determined. In the presented work the analysis of activity of the system of executive bodies is conducted and suggestions are made from the improvement of administrative activity in the sphere of waste management, the features of administrative responsibility of separate subjects of administrative crimes are studied, in particular, physical person - performer of entrepreneurial activities and legal entities, the theoretical and practical questions related to administrative responsibility in the sphere of waste management are investigated, suggestions and recommendations are grounded in relation to the improvement of current administrative legislation of Ukraine in this sphere.
