The thesis deals with the administrative and procedural status of the entities in cases of violation of veterinary-sanitary rules. The concept of the judicial proceeding in the cases of violation of veterinary-sanitary rules has been formed. It is found out principles, objectives and contents of the judicial proceeding in the cases of violation of veterinary-sanitary rules. The stages of the proceedings in cases of violation of veterinary-sanitary rules have been solved. Responsibility for violation of veterinary-sanitary rules depends on many criteria, so has its peculiarities.
