The following thesis for candidate degree in technical sciences is devoted to the solution of a topical scientific and applied problem. This problem consists of elaboration of models, methods and information technology which increase the accuracy of a priori estimation of reliability and defects localization indices in the components of the accounting and analytical information systems. The application of these indices allows developers to reduce financial expenditure of the АAIS maintenance by reducing the amount of defects undetected in the course of development.
