Kolomiiets A. Commercial concession as a means of operations stimulating in engineering companies

A solution for actual scientific and application tasks - improving scientific and methodological thesis and providing practical recommendations for effective implementation of trade concessions to encourage operations in engineering enterprise, is suggested. Categorical-conceptual apparatus regarding the content of the "commercial concession" term is clarified. The theoretical mechanisms for operation of commercial concession of enterprise are supplemented. Methodological support for the process of potential franchisees selection based on a complex combination of factors and expert judgments of the operations efficiency is developed. Analytical tools for franchise network structure formation that fulfills the Pareto optimality condition are improved. The procedure of commercial concession implementation at the enterprise is introduced and the method of enterprise operation incentives effectiveness evaluation while implementing the commercial concession is developed.
