Theoretical substantiation and new scientific solving of the problem of deepening theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on the formation and functioning of the evaluation, stimulation and increasing of the competitiveness of personnel of engineering enterprises to ensure a high level of performance considering relationships including interdependence and mutual influence between all its subsystems have been proposed. The analysis of the activity of the enterprise and the staffing of engineering companies from the definition of the average number of full-time employees have been made; factors influencing the increase of competitiveness of personnel have been systematized. The mechanism of increase of competitiveness of personnel that can achieve the goals and expected results of enterprises have been made. The algorithm of monitoring the evaluation, stimulation and increasing of competitiveness personnel which is in mechanism for determining the deviation of the actual characteristics derived from forecasted competitiveness personnel for introducing measures to improve the competitiveness of the personnel have been proposed.
