Dissertation is devoted to actual problem of oncology - identification of new molecular criterions of intertumor heterogeneity of breast cancer and to determination of their clinical importance as markers of malignant potential of different molecular subtype tumors.We showed the value of cancer stem cells markers, miRNA-200b, ferritin levels in tumor and in serum for characterization of breast cancer intertumoral heterogeneity among different molecular subtypes. The determined individual character of molecular changes and iron metabolism disorders could serve as the basis for development of new diagnostic criteria and cancer treatment schemes.
