The dissertation is devoted to research problems of determination the legal nature of administrative procedure of inspection authorities realization and its distinction with the control proceedings. Legal status of the inspection bodies and their place between other public administrative bodies were analyzed. Special attention is paid to the maintenance of inspection proceeding stages and to the subjects’ authorities on each stage of the inspection proceeding.
