The object of study: the processes in the reproductive systemof maleproducersand their descendant'smalesunder the influenceof phytoestrogens. The thesis is devoted for the research of the influence father's excessive consumption of phytoestrogens to somato-sexual development and reproductive function of male offspring and sensitivity of their reproductive system in conditions of excess consumption of phytoestrogens to the body during milk feeding.The methods of research: physiological, morphological, cytological, immunoenzymatic,statistical. The results of study, scientific novelty: the first time identified the father'sconsumption of phytoestrogens for somatic-sexual development and reproductive function of the male offspring. It has been found rats' male offspring who were born after father's excessive consumption of phytoestrogens, were with delay in sexual development.In adult male offspring who were born after father's excessive consumption of phytoestrogens had observed hormonal imbalance, violation of sexual behavior. And also have been shown suppression generative function of testes and all these processes negatively effect of their reproductive potential.It was found in postnatal period offspring of a male who were born after father's who received an excess consumption of phytoestrogens, and the additional doses of phytoestrogens after offspring's birth leads to disorders physical development and delayed puberty. In adulthood excess consumption of phytoestrogens which leads to a hormonal imbalance to a significant reduction in the reproductive potential of males. Degree of introduction: the data obtained can be used as a theoretical basis to develop practical measures aimed at the prevention of hygienic rationing the amount of phytoestrogens in foods and medicines in order to prevent negative consequences for the health of future generations. The sphere of application: endocrinology, sexopatology, pediatric.
