Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental investigations of interaction of elements of tillage machines, establishing the influence of kinematic parameters of the mechanical energy accumulator on the operating indicators of tillage aggregates. Based on an analysis of existing designs of aggregates was proposed method of stabilization of engine operation modes consisting of tillage aggregate, which uses the variable power. Improved mathematical model of motion of tillage aggregate equipped with energy accumulator, allows to investigate the processes of distribution of power flows in the system "engine - transmission and chassis - energy accumulator". Made breadboard of energy accumulator flywheels can be used with different characteristics. Using of energy accumulator consisting of tillage aggregate, which consists of a tractor T-150K and cultivator KPE-3,8 reduces the fuel consumption by 8%, and increases productivity by 12%. The total economic effect from the introduction of energy accumulator is 12156 UAH/year (on prices 15.12.13) with an annual loading of cultivator 300 hours.
