Essay

Thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of functioning of shares market in Ukraine from an administrative law viewpoint. Features of administrative relationships that arise between participants of shares market are investigated. On the basis of current legislation of Ukraine several proposals for an improvement of the current legislation regulating administrative relations at the shares market of Ukraine are formed.
