Airiyan K. Constitutional complaint as form of address is to the organ of constitutional jurisdiction

The dissertation is devoted to the research of legal nature of constitutional complaint as forms of address to the organ of constitutional jurisdiction. An author is analyse genesis of constitutional control within the limits of the constitutional rule-making. On the basis of study of scientific doctrines of understanding of institute of constitutional complaint definition of constitutional complaint as forms of realization of constitutional control is improved. An author is offer directions and mechanism of input of institute of constitutional complaint in the legal system of Ukraine taking into account national experience of constitutional justice and features of individual access to him.
