The object of research is selected processes of economic adaptation of agricultural enterprises to the conditions of globalization. The research purpose is a theoretical and methodological study and development of practical recommendations for improvement of economic adaptation of agricultural enterprises to the conditions of globalization. The research was executed using such methods, as: abstractly- logical, classification-analytical, structural and functional, statistical, forecasting assessment method, monographic, survey. The scientific novelty of results is complex substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of adaptation of agricultural enterprises to the conditions of globalization, including the proposed methodological approach to the determination of the ability of agricultural enterprises to adapt to globalization by using an integrated parameter of adaptation, profitability index and determination of profitability management enterprise adaptation to the conditions globalization with a view to make grounded management decisions.The main provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations for improving economic adaptation of agricultural enterprises to the conditions of globalization. Sphere of use is agrarian enterprises, governments, education institutions.
