The object of research is the process of innovative activities into agricultural enterprises. The research purpose is the substantiation of theoretical and methodical positions of innovative activities into agricultural enterprises and working out the scientific and practical recommendations to improve directions of their developing. The research was executed using such methods, as: analysis and synthesis, abstractly-logical, economic analysis, correlation-regressive analysis, grouping, questionnaire, formalization, simulation modeling. The scientific novelty of results is deepening theoretical and methodical foundations of innovative activities into agricultural enterprises and justification of practical recommendations of development. The methodical approach was substantiated to determine the level the financial and economic readiness of agricultural enterprises towards the innovative technical and technological trends. Sphere of use is agrarian enterprises, governments, higher education institutions.
