The thesis is devoted to investigate the new AnBn-1O3n and An+1BnO3n+1 perovskite-like compounds synthesizing possibility, determine their crystal structure, establish composition - structure correspondences, define existence criteria of the AnBn-1O3n, (AII,Ln)n+1(BIII,ВIV)nO3n+1 and (AII,Ln)n+1BIIInO3n+1 perovskite-like compounds and study the electrical and luminescent properties of these compounds.
