Essay

In the thesis on the basis of clinical and anamnestic examination and the study of the prevalence of polymorphisms of genes Arg573Gln TLR-2, Leu412Phe TLR-3, Asp299Gly TLR-4, it has been established that persons with polymorphically changed genotypes have an increased susceptibility to inflammatory diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract, frequent ARVIs, severe and complicated course of grippe and grippe-associated pneumonia, while the effectiveness of grippe vaccination is determined at a rate of the vaccinated patients with normal distribution of gene alleles according to the immune and clinical-epidemiological parameters.
