Essay

The object of the study: co-infection tuberculosis/HIV (TB/HIV); aim - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with first diagnosed and relapse of TB with HIV co-infection by using of additional differentiated pathogenetic treatment on the basis of biochemical features, indicated risk factors with progression of disease; methods: clinical, radiological, microbiological, laboratory, immunological and statistics; novelty: first time established, that patients with co-infected TB/HIV have more severe proinflammatory changes and an imbalance in the antioxidant defense system in the blood. The risk factors with progression and 3 variants of disease state were determined. It justified the usage of additional differentiated combined therapy with aprotinin and glutamyl-cysteinyl-glycine disodium for patients with 2 and 3 variants of disease state Field of application - medicine.
