Faizova S. Evolution of the metallurgical enterprise on the balanced approach basis

The thesis is sanctified to generalization and development of scientifically-methodical bases, to development of tool and practical recommendations on a strategic management by a metallurgical enterprise on the basis of the balanced approach. The scientifically-methodical going is improved near forming of the balanced strategic management industrial enterprises. Transformation essence of BSC is analysed. Pre-conditions of forming of the balanced management an enterprise are certain in metallurgical industry of Ukraine. Essence of concept "Strategic responsibility" is reasonable in theory. The methodical tool of estimation of level of balanced of the system of indexes is reasonable. The methodical going is improved near balancing and структурированию of КРІ. The methodical going offers near authentication of strategy as the starting stage of introduction of the balanced management. Scientifically-methodical bases of reorganization of the system of motivation of personnel of metallurgical enterprise got development. The methodical going is reasonable near the estimation of efficiency of strategic management on the basis of BSC.
