Bukreieva D. Organizational and economic mechanism of effective management of industrial enterprise on the basis of controlling

Theoretical, methodological and practical approaches of the management of industrial enterprise on the basis of controlling are explored in the thesis. Methodical approach of the effectiveness of controlling evaluating was extended, namely the effectiveness of its operation and effectiveness of its implementation, by using "the integrated system of performance controlling". There is scientifically substantiated the methodical approach of organizational and economic mechanism of effective management of industrial enterprise on the basis of controlling and, based on the identified optimization opportunities of controlling, built the multilevel optimization model, which is the basis for the formation of the complex management decisions at various stages of planning the enterprise. Practical approbation of the proposed theoretical and methodological approach to the management of industrial enterprise on the basis of controlling led to the conclusion of the feasibility and effectiveness of its use in the practice of planning operation of the enterprise and its development strategy.
