The thesis proved theoretical, methodological and organizational framework for the construction of the state regulation mechanism of tourism in Ukraine. Were summarizes the scientific approaches to the definition of its concepts and structure, systematically external and internal factors of formation and implementation of the levers state influence on the development of the tourism industry. The were analyzed the main directions of the state tourism policy in Ukraine. Were developed creation scheme of a functional unit of the state regulation mechanism in tourism, according to which the proposed logical-mathematical algorithms for determining the tax rates of tourism enterprises in various performance criteria. A technique for assessing the investment attractiveness of tourist and recreational areas, and the basic principles of the Ukrainian network of special economic zones for tourism and recreation. Identify recommendations aimed at ensuring the management of tourism enterprises to adapt to the effects of state regulatory impact factors.
