Object of study: 08Cr18Ni10Ti steel corrosion in feed water ammonia-hidrazynnoho regulation at elevated temperatures and pressures. Purpose - to establish corrosion-electrochemical properties of steel 08Cr18Ni10Ti depending on the chemical composition of the coolant circuit of the second nuclear power plant at elevated temperature and pressure equilibrium. We used conventional electrochemical methods of research using potentiostate ПИ-2MK-10A and П-5848. For high-temperature autoclave tests used ЛАКЕХДМ-360/22, allows research to 360С at temperatures and pressures up to 22MPa. Metallographic studies performed on skanivnomu electron microscope EVO-40XVP with microanalysis system INCA Energi 350. Effect of deformation on the nature of the corrosion damage was evaluated by steel chotyrohtochkovoho bend. Reviewed propensity to pitinhovoyi 08Cr18Ni10Ti steel corrosion in feed water ammonia-hidrazynnoho regulation under conditions as close to operational. For the first time defined the critical concentration of chloride ions in the feed water ammonia-hidrazynnnoho regulation, for which the steel 08Cr18Ni10Ti not develop stable pitinhy. The results used the National Science Center "Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology" to develop recommendations for steel 08Cr18Ni10Ti operability assessment and forecasting resource pipelines nuclear steam at temperatures up to 300C and at equilibrium pressure coolant.
