Lunyova V. The Strategies of Innovative Development of Agricultural Enterprises

The basic theoretical concepts of innovation were considered; the essence and classification of innovation, strategy of innovative development of agricultural enterprises were refined. The theoretical and methodological approaches to the identification, evaluation of innovative development of agricultural enterprises, working out of its strategy were elaborated. The analysis of changes of innovative potential of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine in 2008-2013's was done. There was showed a reduction of its scientific component, a slight improvement of material-technical component; opposite trends in human resources component, a lack of financial resources for innovative development. The formation of innovative agro-industrial clusters and introduction of the marketing of innovations were offered to enhance the innovation activity of agricultural enterprises. The methodical bases of assessment of the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects, which deal with implementation of alternative sources of energy, the grounding of management decisions for the choice of type of innovative strategy and preferred innovation, based on diagnostic matrix of components of the innovative potential of enterprise, were developed.
