Semenda O. Organizational-economic mechanisms of efficient use of land in agricultural enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the study of scientific and methodological foundations for sustainable land use, organizational and environmental-economic reproduction of soil fertility of agricultural enterprises. In particular, in the work deepened and improved methodological approaches to scientific substantiation of organizational-economic mechanism of efficient use of land in the modern European environment. Analyzes the major segments of the organizational-economic mechanism of efficient use of land. The necessity of reforming land relations and the processes of transformation of the organizational-economic mechanism of effective land use by agricultural enterprises and their implications in the agricultural sector of the country, with details on the Cherkassky area, evaluated the activities of the various business entities. Suggested organizational-economic mechanism of efficient use of land, based on multi-level areas: economic, environmental and legal decisions to ensure efficient use and protection of land. Calculated the economic efficiency of crop rotations in different agro-climatic zones of the Region in comparison with the rotation of the enterprise, uses No-till with crop production. Proposed economically feasible, crop rotation for farms and diversified enterprises which are engaged in restoration of livestock.
