Object: The object of research is the process of human resources development in the conditions of the knowledge economy formation. The purpose of work is synthesis of theoretical and methodological foundations for the human resources development of the enterprise on the sintellectic basе. The authors used a structural logic and system analysis, analysis and synthesis, econometric and statistical methods, techniques, and expert survey questionnaires, analytical and simulation, decision-making methods, graphical and tabular methods. The theoretical value of the research lies in the systemic study of modern developments in the field of science for the implementation of the mechanism of the human resources development system formation based sintellectic, in the context of the model of intellectual development team management, which was based on the sintellectic phenomenon to achieve synergies from group interaction human resource companies; improved model of Fiedler-Leicester, which takes into account the human capital building factors influence on the results of the business operation; improved interpretation of the typical managerial pair and its analytical description of the technology and the human resources development management through effective combination of creative personalize with the creative work of the groups on the basis of the latest technologies intellectualization; developed further description and graphic interpretation of the process approach to management of the human resources continuous development, the concept and model of Thomas-Kilmen to assess a person's behavior in conflicts, adjusted for statistical and dynamic evaluation of the human resource development management process results. Scientific novelty is the extension and improvement of the theoretical approaches to the human resources development management based on synergies and sintellectic. The subject of research is theoretical, practical and methodological aspects of human resources development of oil and gas companies on the synergies and sintellectic bases. The practical significance of the results is that the main findings as set out in the thesis, brought to the level of practical recommendations, in particular the methods and approaches to the human resources development management of oil and gas companies, based on the principles sintellectic and synergies. The scopes of author’s guidelines use are domestic oil and gas companies, universities, governing bodies.
