Theses focuses on using various forms and sources of Zinc, Copper and Manganese in the diets of Holstein cows according to their physiological state and productivity. The amount of mixed feeding complexes with Copper, Zinc and Manganese in feeding of highly productive cows as feed additives is obtained. The influence of organic microelements such as Cu, Zn and Mn Bioplex® and mixed complex of Copper, Zinc and Manganese on digestibility, nitrogen transformation in milk, its chemical composition and technological properties, hematological parameters, rumen metabolism is studied. It is confirmed the improvement in digestibility and assimilation of feed nutrients, in the blood enzymatic activity, including catalase and peroxidase. To improve the productivity of Holstein cows, to increase profitability of milk production and to lower feed costs one should add into the animal feed Bioplex® of Manganese, Copper and Zinc or mixed complex of Manganese, Copper and Zinc by 25 % lower than the recommended norms of Manganese, Copper and Zinc. Key words: cows, feed, digestion, metabolism, productivity, copper, zinc, manganese, chelate.
