Todoshchuk A. Customs management risk of machine-building enterprises

The process of customs risks management in machine-building enterprises' activities is the research object. The development of theoretical concepts and applied recommendations on management of customs risks in machine-building enterprises' activities is the research goal. The research methods are as following: systematization, theoretical generalization and system analysis, economic and statistical, analytical and structural-logical, graphical methods. The stakeholders' cooperation mechanisms while its directions and depth of the legal framework of customs activities development, specific forms of customs control and customs procedures, improvement of resource and infrastructural maintenance of border crossing points on the basis of functions goals and objectives for each party of cooperation division and consolidation in order to prevent and reduce the effects of dysfunctional customs risks have been firstly developed. The conceptual apparatus of risk-management in the field of customs entrepreneurial risks management; customs risks classification; quantitative assessment of business customs risks have been improved. The method of identifying the impact of customs risks on machine-building enterprises' activities using Kruskal-Wallis statistics; models of frequency fluctuations and peak loads evaluation in FEA of machine-building enterprises; the method of finished products stocks formation as an effective means of preventing and reducing the level of customs risks while using the tools fuzzy sets have been developed. The research results have been embedded in machine-building enterprises and academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the sphere of authors proposals usage.
