Bayas S. Information technology for coordination of decision making local systems in parallel technological processes

The objects of research are the decision-making processes in distributed control systems with local subsystems. The subject of the study is the information technology of solutions coordination of local control systems. The objective of the dissertation is to increase the efficiency of parallel technological processes with a shared resource on the basis of information technology for coordination of solutions of local control systems. Research methods: systems analysis and information theory to find the optimal clustering of management tasks, coordination and decision-making theories for developing new methods and procedures of coordination, optimization methods when developing algorithms for optimization of coordination parameters. Theoretical results: for the first time, it was developed a model of the distributed technological process with coordination of parallel subprocesses, characterized by taking account resource and temporary interrelations of subprocesses and the use of expert estimates, statistical information and results of measurements, the model allows formulating the criterion of coordination in the conditions of the combined uncertainty; the method of solutions coordination of local control systems in parallel technological processes, characterized by joint coordination of distribution of resources and synchronization of processes that allows reducing the risk of decisions was improved; the method of estimation uncertainty and risk of decision-making in the management of the coordination of the system, characterized by the use of expert evaluations, statistic data and measurements with random errors that allows to solve the problem of coordination in conditions of combined uncertainty was developed. The practical results: were developed: the algorithm for clustering of management tasks; the algorithm of distribution of resources and synchronization of parallel technological processes; the structure, the main components and software of information technology for coordination of decisions of local control systems of parallel technological processes. Degree of implementation: results of research were used at the Lyustdorf enterprise for the improvement of an automated control system for production of dairy products on the basis of the application of information technology for coordination of solutions of local control systems. The results were also used in the educational process of the Vinnytsia National Technical University. Sphere (area) of application: for research and implementation of information technology at the enterprises using parallel-serial technological processes with a general resource and also in research and design bureaus, which project control systems of such processes.
